Too many young people are falling through the cracks.
That’s why we are building Checkpoint, Australia’s first Outreach Youth Hub.
We’ve already worked alongside 595 young people, and we’ve seen one thing over and over again—too many don’t know where to turn when life gets tough.
Families are doing their best. Schools are under pressure. Community services are stretched, and too often, support comes after a young person has already reached crisis.
Checkpoint is our answer.
It’s an Outreach Youth Hub that takes support directly into communities, making it easier for young people and families to connect with someone who can help. Instead of asking people to navigate complicated systems or long waiting lists, we bring support to where they already are.
Working alongside schools, Youth Justice, families, sporting clubs and community organisations, Checkpoint will provide early intervention, counselling, behavioural support, mentoring, family support and practical connections to local services.
We’re not creating another service, we’re making it easier for young people and families to access the support that’s already there, before small challenges become bigger ones.
We’re raising $160,000 to launch Checkpoint.
Every donation helps bring this vision to life.
