Bounce Back: Youth (13-17 years) and Adolescents (18-24 years) Rise & Thrive Adult: 19 years and above
No, our programs are for ages 13 and up, focusing on peer relationships.
Five weeks, including weekly workshops, one-on-ones, homework, and sport movement (for youth and adolescents).
We check in at 1 and 3 months post-program to ensure effectiveness and support.
A support person is present at every workshop, and we have referral networks for additional assistance if needed.

Programs are for Adolescents (13-24 years) and Adults (24+) who have experienced trauma and want to manage their responses better.
Most referrals are accepted. If additional needs are identified, we may suggest alternative support. We focus on what is best for the individual.
Programs are held at community centers and sporting venues for adolescents and either in-person or virtually for adults.
You will be offered the best available placement. If you cannot attend, you can choose an upcoming program instead.

To help Year 7-9 students understand social anxiety and improve self-awareness, confidence, and peer interactions through activities, discussions, and basketball.
Year 7-9 students dealing with social anxiety or wanting to improve social skills.
Basketball teaches teamwork, resilience, and personal growth, aiding in addressing social anxiety and self-esteem.
Sessions last for the access block in the school timetable and occur once a week for 5 weeks.
Basketball is a medium for teaching broader skills, inclusive for all skill levels.
Parents are encouraged to discuss session learnings with their children.
Through student self-reports, facilitator observations, and pre- and post-program surveys.
Make-up materials and summaries are provided to ensure no one falls behind
